Memorial Day Championship and $3,000 on the
Line for Tri-County Race Track SLM Winner!!!

BRASSTOWN, NC—On Monday Night, May 27th, the Tri-County
Race Track in Brasstown, NC will kick into high gear as the
track will host the Third Annual Circuit World-sponsored Memorial
Day Championship paying $3,000 to win for the Super Late Model
division plus racing in Limited Late Model, Crate Late Model,
Modified Street and Street Stocks.
The Tri-County Race Track in Brasstown, NC will be the second
Super Late Model special event on the schedule paying $3,000
to win / $300 to start on Monday Night May 27th. The support
classes that night include the Limited Late Models racing for
$1,000 to win, Crate Late Models racing for $600 to win, the
Interstate Welding Modified Street division will race for $300
to win and the Street Stocks will be competing for $250 to win.
On Monday May 27th both grandstand and pit gates will open
at 4:00 pm with the Driver’s Meeting slated for 6:00 pm
and racing to begin at around 6:30 pm. Adult General Admission
is $18.00 and Adult Pit Passes are $30.00. The Super Late Model
entry fee will be $80.00. Track tire rule is in effect, please
check track website for details.
This will be the second of three big Super Late Model events
at Tri-County Race Track as the ground-pounders return on Friday
Night October 4th paying $3,500 to win during the Tenth Anniversary
running of the Tarheel 50. The first big Super Late Model event
winner of the season was Casey Roberts of Toccoa, GA who captured
the Spring Nationals Series event win on April 12th and took
home $4,000 over Billy Ogle Jr. of Knoxville, TN and Stacy Boles
of Clinton, TN.
